For the last two years, American Pride Lawn & Landscaping has been responsible for maintaining our landscaping and snow removal service at Miami Valley Hospital South. Our hospital campus sits on a 120-acre parcel of land so unlike other hospitals in the region, our site is surrounded by acres of greenspace, a walking path through the woods, and a beautiful healing garden for our patients. I share this to say, this account requires a lot of attention, our expectations are very high, and Kevin Harker and his crew delivered!
From the first day we met, Kevin provided me and my team with his personal cell to use whenever needed. Throughout the duration of our contract, no matter how small or large the request, both he and his team were responsive and helpful. The men and women he assigned to our campus were hard workers and always respectful to our patients and staff.
My COO and our executive team were all pleased with the service and professionalism shown by American Pride. I would highly recommend them.
